Claims within 48 hours: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process by contacting our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly provide the necessary details, including your order number and reason for the return.
Unused Products: We only accept returns for products that have not been used or consumed. For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged. Please ensure that all original labels, tags, and seals are intact and attached to the product.
International Orders: Our return policy is not applicable to international orders. Due to logistical constraints and varying import regulations, we are unable to accept returns for products shipped outside of India. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.
Multiple Products Mixed Together: We cannot accept returns for products that have been mixed or combined with other products. Each return must pertain to a single product, unaltered and in its original condition.

Secure Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is well protected during transit. Include all relevant documents, such as the original invoice or order confirmation, inside the package.
Return Shipment: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned product.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy. If the product meets the required criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds may take some time to process, and the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred.
